TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Our team of space engineering experts is always available to aid you in your purchase of ENPULSION thrusters. We offer guidance on thruster assembly, integration, and execution. If you require frequent and extensive use of our services, they can be included as part of an add-on service package.

ON-GROUND SUPPORT
We provide efficient on-site assistance to handle and solve any problems or queries you might encounter. From the moment you receive your thruster to making sure it fits perfectly on your satellite, we are ready to help. This assistance ensures that you can move forward with your mission confidently, knowing that we've got you covered.
ON-ORBIT SUPPORT
Once your satellite reaches orbit, our services don't stop. We remain available for on-orbit support, providing advice and troubleshooting guidance only when necessary. Our Services

ENPULSION FEEP WORKSHOP

We offer a comprehensive three-day workshop to ensure a practical understanding of our technology. The ENPULSION FEEP Workshop will showcase practical demonstrations employing our ENPULSION NANO thruster with its emitter crown in a small sized vacuum chamber and includes in-depth discussions to deepen knowledge of the operational logic. The workshop’s agenda is customizable to meet your specific mission requirements or needs.

The ENPULSION FEEP workshop utilizes an ENPULSION NANO engineering unit situated in a compact vacuum chamber. This arrangement provides versatility by enabling the thruster to be operated using either the ENPULSION EGSE GUI or customer-furnished equipment, such as OBC and EDU, which can be conveniently placed on a tabletop adjacent to the vacuum chamber to maximize flexibility. The workshop includes a thorough discussion of the manual, which aims to enhance comprehension of the operational logic and constraints. This facilitates the implementation of manual scripts on the customer-side. Moreover, FEEP experts are accessible to collaboratively establish a personalized commissioning strategy based on particular mission requirements and on-orbit capability. This workshop effectively reduces on-orbit commissioning time through command script and hardware verification on an operational FEEP thruster, in addition to defining individual commissioning strategies with specific data review points.

ASSEMBLY & INTEGRATION

Our ISO Class 8 clean room environment provides the optimal conditions for product assembly and integration. Each workstation is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and efficiently configured for new products, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

 

ACCEPTANCE TESTING

All our products undergo multiple acceptance tests including thermal, vibration and final performance. These tests verify the thruster’s function and measure its key characteristics. Additionally, multiple units can be tested simultaneously to increase throughput.

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We continuously enhance our processes and products, pinpointing chances to streamline work and ensure product quality. For example, we create highly accurate 3D maps of our emitters early in manufacturing, allowing us to predict performance later.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality is at the heart of everything ENPULSION does. We meticulously test and verify all aspects of our products, from individual components to complete systems, to exceed the highest industry standards. Our nine-step quality assurance process includes incoming inspection, emitter characterization, final assembly, vibration, thermal, and final performance testing.
